Tops Learning Systems is making every effort to help children and young people, most especially girls, access relevant education as well as lead them to attaining their potential.
We really appreciate your help and it’s not just money we are looking for! We’re always in need of educational materials and equipment for community schools in Ghana.
Why not help out practically? We’re also looking for volunteers to help us improve our publicity and communication materials, sorting donated goods to finding people that have the skills we need to help children develop self-esteem, confidence and motivation.

Tops Learning Systems

Volunteer
Volunteers are absolutely vital to the work we do. They help to develop and deliver creative projects that ignite children’s interest in learning, undertake outreach to promote our cause and shape the lives of many disadvantaged children for the better through mentoring.
Our volunteers give up their time to befriend and mentor disadvantaged youth, help them with activities, take them through life’s journey and provide nurturing experiences that turn the lives of young people in turmoil for the better. Tops Learning Systems would not be able to do these without the valuable skills, knowledge, energy and commitment of dedicated volunteers.
This charity is focused on making real, lasting and positive impact on young people, creating a society that is accessible to all.
We need volunteers to support our work in the UK and Ghana
You will be teaching and supervising children’s work in our partner community school in Accra and Volta Region.
If you are interested, we will assess your skills and strengths and place you at a position that will give you memorable life experiences. Please contact us HERE and we will arrange a meeting with you.

Tops Learning Systems needs educational materials, equipment and audio visuals for its teaching, learning and creative programs as well as general administrative necessities. These include.
- Local materials for teaching and learning hands-on science like cellophane tapes, aluminum foil, pairs of scissors, thread, etc.
- Equipment like refurbished computers and laptops, video cameras, white board, books, dusters, Etc.

CORPORATE SUPPORT
Tops Learning Systems is keen to promote partnership with the private sector and invite investments from companies with interest in helping children and young people into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields.
We want sponsorship for our SMAT Girls Project, Hands-On Science and Math in community schools and Women Empowerment programs. This last project helps disadvantaged women to gain skills that enable them to support their families, most especially sending girl children to school.
With poverty growing in many communities this charity serves, we can only achieve our goals in close collaboration with external partners whose staff value our mission. The charity is dedicated to transforming the lives of young people in London and elsewhere living in poverty.
Tops Learning Systems will work closely with our corporate partners, engaging them in enjoyable programme of activities, events and corporate giving schemes such as payroll giving.
The charity is also offering bespoke volunteering opportunities to companies and employees who personally want to give back to the community.
The charity is interested in working with businesses of all sizes and would love to hear from you to discuss how we can work together to alleviate the impact of child poverty in identified communities using education.
