Tops Learning Systems (known as TOPS) has been granted £2253 in new funding by the National Lottery Community Fund. This is to enable the charity to bring together its community of young people, children, and families online to get involved in social activities and discussions around healthy living, isolation, and loneliness, and receive up-to-date information on Covid-19. TOPS will work with families across Havering borough providing support wherever and whenever required helping more people to get connected in the community.
The service will support more families like that of Jane Thompson and her 8-year-old son who has been shielding at home in Romford due to corona virus from now till March 31, 2021.
